My name is Anastasia Story and I live in Hawaii. I recently contacted a breeder ofstandard poodles in Australia and had my puppy shipped via PETS (Pets ExpressTransport Services). Needless to say was nervous about the long flight and all the various paperwork for import. Tim with PETS was extremely helpful and I was happily surprised when Tim called me the day Chili arrived to make sure my puppy had arrived safely. As soon as I got Chili home, he burst from his carrier with glee and I knew that he long trip had not fazed my happy little boy. It's been difficult to get my Chili to stay still long enough for a picture, but I finally walked him enough to lie down! My thanks to Tim and the staff at PETS for the safe transport of my sweet Chili!

Hi Tim,
I am pleased to advise that Peppers arrived at Heathrow Airport on schedule. Our daughter, Andrea, rang the Animal Reception Centre approximately 4 hours after his arrival to be advised that he was in good health. They were extremely helpful and courteous to her providing a good report of his wellbeing.
I arrived on schedule the following day and we uplifted Peppers in the early evening. The staff member, who attended to us, provided all the original documentation which we had previously submitted to you. Peppers was given to us in no time at all. He was in good condition and his cage was very clean. We were very impressed with the service provided and would be grateful if you could please pass on our thanks to the staff here.
Peppers has settled into his new environment and is eating and sleeping very well and already has resumed a regular routine. As promised, I will take a photo of him and e-mail to you in the next couple of days. It has been very cold here but it hasn't affected Peppers as we are keeping him indoors.
I hope that you have been surviving the terrible heat wave. We have been receiving wide coverage of the devastating fires in Victoria - it's certainly has been absolutely horrific and hard to comprehend why anyone would want to deliberately light these fires.
I would also like to thank you very much for all the assistance you provided in Melbourne. You were extremely helpful and really did put our minds at rest addressing any concerns that we had. Again, our thanks and best wishes.

You did everything right – our adored cats arrived in Paris this morning and there were no issues with customs
clearance.
Clearance took nearly four hours (they arrived 2 hours before a vet commenced work for the day but we had
been warned in advance by the cargo office) but was pretty straight forward.
We're all happy to be reunited. Thanks for all your help and advice. I particularly appreciated your phone call to
Mum to confirm that the cats had departed in good condition.

Dear Tim - thanks so much for your professional services, the cats arrived safely and well and are now at home in Ras
Al Khaimah.They are quite relaxed and already complaining that they want to go outside and explore.
It took nearly 3 hours after we landed to finally have them in our car - the Emirates bureaucracy is something else. What did
hold us up was that I did not have the original of the airway bill when I first went in to customs and so they had to ring across
to Malaysian Air to get a copy sent over. They are very strict about airway bills at the cargo terminal.
Anyway - we finally got through everything OK and thank you once again for being so professional. I will happily recommend
you to any friends needing pet transport.

Just informing you that Marlo has arrived safely in Jakarta. The flight got here ontime and she was released form the
cargo area at 8.30pm and went straight to the quarantine.
She is doing well she could be released from the quarantine after 4 working days.
She seems happy and did not look distressed, however curious and confused with her new surroundings.
Will keep you posted!

window from 30 floors up watching the construction workers. When we collected her from the air cargo place there were a
couple of other pets waiting to be collected and a HUGE white tiger was just leaving! Apparently it arrived from Moscow and
was leaving for South Africa.

HE IS GREAT!
Gus was scared when we first picked him, but who could blame him?
The drive to Mom's from the airport took ten minutes, Louis was with us.
At moms I had to lift him out of the kennel, spoke soothingly to him and I'd say within 15 minutes he was happy and
jumping around.
We stayed there about an hour and now we are home.
He is very attached to Ginger and he likes the idea of Louis, now we need to convince Louis! LOL
We will all take a nap in a little bit.
Fay, thank you he is lovely and we could not be more happy.
Dogporters did everything correctly and it went very smooth with the whole import end of it.
