History
Dogporters International was established in 2003 in Australia and is the parent
company of Pet Express Transport Services (PETS). We are a family
owned and operated business which means that we are passionate about
the pet transport service that we provide to our customers and their much loved pets.
With our years of experience in the transport industry and working
with animals, we established Dogporters on the basis that we could
provide a competitively priced, professional pet transport service to our
clients which previously did not exist in the industry.
Without advertising in our initial years of operation, Dogporters
International increased its business in Australia at a rate of over 200% year on year
till this date. This fact gives us the drive to continue to provide our
customers with exceptional service, for we realize that it is word of
mouth and referrals that is the lifeblood of our business.
In January 2008 Dogporters International started operating under the name of Pet Express Transport Services. This new name explains our capabilities more clearly as we provide pet transport services for ALL types of household pets across Australia and international destinations.
